What Working With Us Looks Like
Four steps, one crew, and a schedule you get in writing.
Initial Consultation
We walk the property with you, measure the space, and talk through goals and budget. We also flag grade, drainage and access issues now, before they become change orders.
Custom Design Proposal
You get a plan with layout, elevations, materials and a schedule. Mark it up, swap the stone, move the fire pit. Nothing gets ordered until you approve it.
Detailed Estimate
A line-item estimate covering excavation, base, materials, labor and cleanup. You sign it, we book the crew, and the number holds unless you change the scope.
Ongoing Maintenance
Seasonal cleanups, bed refreshes, polymeric sand top-ups and lawn care after the build, so the patio still looks right in year five.
